Club Training Tri
Summer is here and the temps are seriously warming up. The club will be having it's second training triathlon at the East Potomac Pool on Sunday July 12th. That will be a swim, bike, run event. Come out and join the club for what will be another great event.

Thanks to the ITU Volunteers
A big thanks to all of our club volunteers especially the volunteer coordinators Travis and Karen for supporting the Age Group and ITU race this weekend. All around it was a great day for triathlon in DC and hopefully an event DC will host again next year.
Total 200
Total 200 is a one day bike ride, a double century, to benefit Save the Bay. On July 11, 2009 Total 200 will team up with Chesapeake Bay Foundation to ride 200 miles and we need volunteers to make this day a success.
